Practical conservation session

Working in partnership with the land agent at Mexico Towans, we’ll be carrying out some bracken management on the western side of Mexico Towans – pulling up and trampling the bracken to weaken the plants and stop them from spreading further into the important sand dune grassland.

Please note: this session runs 10am – 2pm.  There’s no parking on Mexico Lane itself, one of our volunteers has kindly offered parking nearby – so pre-booking for the session AND parking is essential!

Date of Session: 22/07/2025

Meeting at: new kissing gate off Mexico Lane
